Grape Tree Norwich

Yesterday 10.7 23 in grape tree Norwich whilst I was standing at the vitamins I was absolutely gobsmacked to hear how rude and disrespectful one of your customers was to a male member of staff .The member of staff was working alone and he was simply changing some notes in the till for coins and counting the coins into the till this took no time at all.This customer was so impatient and disrespectful to him This outspoken woman was an embarrassment however your member of staff was completely polite and courteous to this customer it was absolutely disgusting how she treated him . I felt for him this customer should be utterly ashamed of her attitude and behaviour.I hope that someone from Grape Tree reads this and passes on my comments to your member of staff for being such a credit to your business

Very pleased to see the Grapetree in Norwich open and fully stocked. The staff are always very helpful and friendly and today they had loads of special offers. It's always a pleasure to shop there and I look forward to going back.

Three times in the last couple of months, I have been in to buy stuff, and the store was deserted.I stood at the till for a while and left each time.I won't be back.

So glad Grapetree in Castle Mall is open again! We have really missed the range of items we usually buy at the sho and the chat with the pleasant staff. Online ordering was fine, but the wait for delivery was quite long so no use for sudden shortages. Great to see you at last.

I came in this shop by accident as I was visiting family in Norwich, and needed to buy a few healthy products and supplements and I was amazed by the wide variety, the great prices and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Steffen. Nothing was too much trouble. I will now visit this shop when I am next in town and I highly recommend it.

Been using the Norwich branch in Castle Mall since it opened, a massive selection of products and to be fair very well priced and affordable. Love the attitude of the staff which are always friendly and helpful and have a lot of knowledge with the things they sell. Being pre-diabetic it is good to get the right information with food ingredients . I will say they are probably the main reason I shop in Norwich...

I've been in here on 3 occasions and the man that runs it is always very helpful and friendly. I've brought whole almonds from here in a large bag, which worked out at a very good price. It saves me having to buy health food products online, as I'd rather be able to get them locally.

Very negative experience just today.The lady on till was busy working the delivery that had arrived (a couple of boxes).I have kindly asked her when one of the out of stock items I was looking for was going to be available, she mentioned it might be in one of the boxes.I left telling her I'd come back in a bit to give her time to check.When I returned she didn't acknowledge whatsoever so I have asked her if there were any updates. Still writing on the papers, she replied I'll get to it
