We used Castle Cars for a very special trip for my elderly parents to travel to a family wedding in London in the ultimate style this last weekend.The Mercedes S Class was certainly a luxury experience and the service from this company was superb, from the initial booking, great communication right through to the successful return home and a wonderful day at the wedding of their grand daughter.George (the owner of the company with his wife Maria) was the driver and his attention to detail and thoughtful care made the day for Mum and Dad. I booked George/ the Mercedes S Class for a wedding as the sister of the groom and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly! Firstly, the car was super sleek and elegant, we felt so classy! Secondly, George was ever so polite and pulled out all the stops, helping us in and out of the car as our dresses were heavy, offering drinks, sweets and letting us toy about with all the different functions in the car to make us all feel comfortable. He also paid no mind when the event ran over- many people would have charged more to stay for longer! I will be recommending this family owned business to everybody- and shout out to Maria for allowing us to amend arrival and departure times without a fuss. Simply ExcellentWe have had two completely brilliantexperiences with Castle Chauffeurs. My Dad has mobility problems and I was nervous about him travelling without me or another sibling, but I needn't have worried as George and Darian treated Dad like family. They were kind, patient and supported him when walking to the service station. Nothing was too much. The car was very comfortable, Dad really felt he was traveling in style.Maria made booking an easy and pleasant experience. We felt in safe hands throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I used the shuttle service from London Heathrow Airport to Northampton and back. The vehicle (Mercedes S-class) was very luxurious and comfortable. My driver Georg is a very careful, defensive and safe driver. He was always on time and very helpful. I felt very comfortable. I can only recommend the company, the service and Georg as a driver.
