Mayfair were tasked with selling our property - they quickly found us a buyer, which went through to a successful sale. The team were very proactive, professional, and were great at communicating with us. Not only that, they recommended the services of a local solicitor, who turned out to be the best we have ever dealt with!

Harriet, Brad and Sarah were hugely helpful and supportive in helping us buy our new home in Beaminster. Always available by phone, and kept us up to speed throughput the whole process as well as arranging multiple viewings so we could measure up for the move. I'd really recommend them as a great bunch to work with.

I’m sure some sales sail through without any hitch or delay (in our dreams), but whenever there are any issues that need chasing down, that’s when you’ll realise and appreciate the value of the Agent acting for you and the good ones differentiate themselves. It is a pleasure to leave an unsolicited review to highlight my appreciation for the work of the Mayfair, Beaminster crew in an initial attempt to sell - then at our request - letting our house successfully.We marketed the house in the spring, but who could have known what was just around the corner with the Covid-crisis! Given the way the sales market was affected by the virus, and making viewing logistically difficult, we decided we wanted some return from what at that time was a vacant property, so it was ideal that Mayfair were able to simultaneously offer it for sale and to let at the same time, and letting was the eventually outcome.We have been 100% impressed with Harriet and the team at every stage of events - from our first meeting, the speed with which they listed the house, the quality of marketing content and wording, and plentiful feedback on viewings. And we were later grateful to Sara Rowlan for taking up the letting process and rapidly sourcing tenants.
