Daniel's knowledge about his door products was exceptional and really helped me to make the right choice. On the day of installation, he was prompt, helpful, respectful of my home. I have never had a tradesperson work so cleanly, tidily and most importantly, do such a professional and faultless job. I'm beyond delighted with my new door. I don't think my home was easy either, as I have a stable door, in an old wonky home in a conservation area. First class service.

Really top job and experience from New Entrance. Martin and Daniel fitted an Endurance door for me and they were professional and meticulous from start to finish. I used the door designer on their website and Daniel is a recommended fitter for Endurance doors. His helpful suggestions and recommendations during his first site visit ensured we got exactly what we wanted. The quality of the door itself and the finish and attention to detail they applied to the installation well exceeded my expections.

Great experience with New Entrance and a fantastic door.There was a bit of a wait between ordering and receiving the door, but this was due to lead times from the manufacturer of the door. But this was communicated with updates to us.Our install went very smoothly and Dan was very friendly.

After being mucked about for a while by a number of other different fitters, Daniel came through. Importantly, he is knowledgeable and talked things through with me, enabling me to make a better informed decision.Daniel did a great job and left the area tidy when he went. I’m happy with the door install and will more than likely have Daniel back later for a full set of windows and a rear door too!

I'm afraid I cannot recommend Daniel. We still did not receive receipt for our deposit and payment and warranty documents.I have contacted Daniel several times, but every single email has been ignored. I found this extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I believe that this is the same reaction you would get ifyou have a problem with the installation or need to claim under warranty.

Really impressed with the level of service we received from Daniel with regards to the Endurance door that we ordered. He was really efficient. helpful and knowledgeable when we were deciding what it was that we wanted and offered suggestions. He was always prompt in replying to our queries and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of installation Martin was amazing. The quality and attention to detail was second to none and exceeded our expectations. A really professional job and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
