This company has really gone downhill. We bought doors from them previously and were pleased by the experience. However, this time we were very disappointed. We ordered the doors on 2 October with a lead time of 5-6 weeks, but they were not actually delivered until 18 December - a very significant delay.Worse, we had arranged for delivery at about 1.30pm. We were at the property from 1.05pm but the drivers had already been and left the doors in the road, completely unprotected and not even within the curtailage of the house. When I called the company, the person on the phone (very implausibly) claimed they had no way of contacting the delivery drivers (even though they are part of the company, not a separate delivery firm) and I was left to ask a passing deliveryman for help moving the doors.When I wrote to complain, the company ignored the message.Very disappointing as the doors are of adequate quality and we had previously had a good experience but I would now not recommend them.

Barron Glass are amazingly knowledgeable and one of the few remaining UK based suppliers of genuine etched glass.I am a total novice in this area, but they provided a lot of guidance and shared their knowledge before I ordered. The products that arrived are high quality.As a true test, when things went awry, they were sympathetic, helpful and equitable in finding a solution.I highly recommend them.

Paid a lot of money for their brilliant cut glass. Arrived badly scratched. Took 2 months to rectify and were more concerned about the time it took them to sort rather than supply me with the product I paid for. If they took more care making it or checked it before handing it over this could have all been avoided. Not very apologetic and very surly customer service.

We bought some traditional victorian internal doors - solid 4 panel and 9 panel coloured glass lobby doors. I previously wasted so much time trying to get reclaimed doors which we have upstairs and in reality aren't that great. The owner was going through Bristol so dropped them off for free on route. Excellent quality and service. People always love the doors and I always highly recommend Barron Glass.

This glass when laminated deteriorates in the window or bathroom door use unless sealed at edges with special tape and special silicon is used to fit. Moisture wrecks it. Glazier did not tell me this, web site does not mention it. Glazier refuses responsibility and says talk to Baron glass. Don’t use Baron glass is best option. I have noticed large numbers of front doors with same issue, so a common problem it seems.
