Great first aid course was very informative, all levels of learning were catered for. I feel confident to deal with situations that may arise.

3 day First Aid course was jam-packed with alot of useful content. Had only done 1-day EFAW courses previously with another company, this course was much more informative and encouraged with correct technique. Would recommend to anyone. Our trainer Mary was such a great trainer with a whole wealth of knowledge, had a sense of humour but strict (in a nice way) when needed to ensure first-aiders were following the correct procedure when conducting practical work - made practical work sometimes under pressure to help us realise how it would be in the realistic situation. Adequate breaks given. Was informed from a colleague roughly how the course is in advance - also credit to Niall - I heard equally good reviews. Many thanks to Mary for a fab course!!
