He came to me at a rush, done the job very poorly. He got the wrong windscreen for my job and told me after he’s removed my original one which left me no option to install the wrong one. During the installation he managed to damage my camera wires and other issues which has meant my cruise control, lane keeping assist, camera radar and pre collision system is not working. I asked for a refund and he didn’t want to give me a full price refund but wanted to try fix the issues of the camera radar after telling me in real life that he doesn’t do any of those fixes. I even dropped to a settlement refund of £200 and he still disagreed. Now I’m having to go through my bank to get my money back. Don’t get your windscreen replaced by this person.

My rear window was smashed and broken into in February, Omid was so professional and cleaned all the glass inside the door and everywhere in the car. It looked brand new and is working perfectly, never encountered any issues. My boot window was also smashed recently and during COVID-19 lockdown times, it was very hard to find a replacement but Omid was super helpful and tried his best to find the glass at a cheaper price for me! 100% recommended and trustworthy xx

My Operative was called omid he was a very professional very neat and tidy carried out the work very quickly and efficiently I would recommend using him and this company and I would definitely use again very honest and trustworthy.

The guy replaced the windscrean. He rushed to do the job tooked out the mirror and broke the clips.He put some gum but doesn't hold. Explain me dat the clips are loose and dose not hold. Left mud in the car and didn't clean after him.When he tooked out the plastic brackets he bend them and now does not fit properly. He made a lots of excuses. Very disappointed.
