Today I visited the Bangor North Wales Three shop.I have been having very frustrating online chats.I decided before I left Three , I would try and see if an actual person could help me face to face with the change to my sim that have been forced upon me.What an amazing shop , with courteous staff willing to listen and help an overwhelmed pensioner. I would like to thank Keenan and Owen for their help and patience ! A great asset to your store and more than that The Three Company I will be back with the biscuits !

Bruce is a disgrace to Three. His service was well below par… he was patronising, sarcastic and pretty unhelpful.Our experience at the Three store today has made us seriously consider leaving Three all together after a combined 18 years of custom.Don’t bother going in store, they weren’t much more helpful last time I went in. Might as well shut the shop…

Your staff particuarly in the bangor office Keenan what a great employee all round count'nt be more polite full & help full he is an asset to your company. As is Alex & Steve & all the rest from both branches. Problem with good employees as a company, you as a company need to recognise what you've got. I wish them good luck for the future.Thank you

I went to the store in Bangor, Wales to sign my 2 contracts with Three. And the staff said that he will help me to switch the account tomorrow ( Monday) because my husband switched from Giffgaff to Three so I didn’t know how to do. I came back on the other day and the staff rold me he made a mistake. He did the 3 contract for me with his mistake. He said that he will try to cancel it for me( because it still under 14 days) so he said that he can make sure it canceled. He tried about an hour and he couldn’t solve the problem. He ask for another staff there for help. They tried do something and finally they said it been canceled for me. I did ask them can i have any proof to make sure it been canceled. They told me they couldn’t give me anything but they can make sure it has been canceled. And I believed that. It been fews months and suddenly i just recognize every months they still deduct money from my account for that contract. I tried to call them ( the head office and the store that make the mistake to me) but no one want to help me. They keep saying that is my fault because it didn’t cancel it within 14 days. I feel like they make the scam to me. I have to pay over £600 for that even it is not my fault. And it seen like no one have the responsibility for that. I ask the staff ( on the call center) where i can make the complaint and he told me no where. I tried to contact everywhere and they just said it is my fault because I wasn’t canceled the contract during 14 days. It is just a joke. They told me there mistake and now it is my fault. Actually i did the same review 2 days ago and it just disappear when i come back to check …

Been instore on numerous occasions regarding a dysfunctional power bank which was purchased December22. Each time was told that it is working. Even though it’s not holding its charge. Went in store twice yesterday and was told to come back today so manager could authorise a refund. Went today and the assistant manager said because it was over 28 days could only give a replacement. If they’d of admitted it was faulty in December would of been within 28 days and could of had a refund. I stated this and said I want a refund to which Alex threw his toys out of the pram and said you can’t have anything now and walked away!! Asked for the Manager and was told she was busy, said I was happy to wait. Basically waited for nearly an hour for Petra to come out and also be as abrupt as Alex and she also stated we would need the box for a replacement! Even though we had a receipt. Customer service from both the Manager and Assistant Manger is something to be desired obviously they don’t care about customer satisfaction or how they speak to people. Shall be taking the matter further.

The most horrible experience i ever had. No one takes responsibility for their mistakes, even though they say it's their fault. In the end, the person who unfairly loses money is the customer. Be careful with all the papers they give you to sign.

I came in with what should have been a very simple yes or no interaction and was met with hostility from the woman working there. She was interrupting me the whole time, was clearly not in the mood to deal with customers. What should have been a 'yes it's us' turned into 'do you want me to be honest or keep my mouth shut? It's not threes problem'. I now know it is an issue on my end but wow what a way to go about helping a 4 year customer. Every other interaction I've had here has been friendly and helpful so was a bit shocking.
