Absolutely awesome service, with comms kept up at all times. I had to move by a certain date, with not a lot of time to spare unfortunately, and Chase did everything in her power to get me the keys for the date I needed. She's been an absolute pleasure to deal with, 10/10! And any questions I've had since I received the keys, both her and her colleagues have been readily available for whatever I have needed :)
