We visited the Leicester branch and had privilege to be served by Nisha Ganatra, who was very friendly courteous and had a special human touch, she provided us with the excellent service in professional and calm manner although there were customers waiting to be served and she was very calm, caring, smiling and answered all our queries and made us feel at ease, so keep up the good work and congratulations for the excellent serviceMr & Mrs Pravin Laladia

Booked with Citibond had to keep calling them or emailing to receive the relevant documents. Once the money is received by them,they are not very helpful.

Talking to Alpa really rude she is shouting at her customers got know manner doesn't know how to talk to the customer won't advise to book any flights as they all want loads of money from you one way flight to india of £700

Talking to Nisha ,really rude she is shouting at her customers, got no manners, doesn't know how to talk to the customer.. she is insulting most the customers, she doesn’t like if you ask her questions…never ever seen a lady Like a travel agent as her.
