I visited for a complete geometry checkup on my BMW and from the front desk onwards, I just felt they were really on the ball, and reasonably priced too including a aircon recharge. I've had to have my system checked by a number of garages and felt the most confident at Bensten. Thoroughly recommend.

Took my mini there for a service - very efficient and friendly. Cheaper than main dealer, but not by a huge amount. Will continue to use them

My M6 GC went in with a drive train related fault, David diagnosed the fault and repaired the vehicle, and kept me updated throughout the process. Very good service and happy to return for all my future needs. Highly recommended.

My vehicle was booked in to investigate and fix an issue as requested, however neither had even been done. I was charged £42 for a diagnostic test which is fine but the only result they could give me was a suspect fuel pump issue, requiring further investigation.Not only have they charged me for their semi-work carried out but they could not take the time to actually find the root of the issue and to only make judgement from a diagnostic computer.Furthermore, I was informed by the company owner after the test that they were too busy to carry out any further investigation and actually fix the problem.A really unprofessional firm that represents themselves as BMW specialists. I would look elsewhere if you are seeking to have your vehicle fixed and not have to waste time and money.

Great service! Fixed my wheel bearing issue and now the car drives like new! They know what they are doing.

Went with my car there and changed the thermostat with a Chinese knock-off, quoted as OEM, that failed after 6 months, leading to increased temperatures.The man in the front-desk also mixed the VIN on my car with the one next to it and created all sort of fuss about it.I would definitely avoid going there ...

Knowledgeable staff, quick turn around, and always been happy with job done. Only downside is they don't valet the car whilst they have it - but I guess that would load the price so not necessarily a bad thing.

Top service! Little more expensive than other places, but they're worth every penny! A friend bought a bmw to them that he had just bought from a dealer, to find a list of 12 things wrong, instead of the garage (like most others) taking advantage of him, they plain and simply told him to get his money back, they didnt try to get him to purchase a single part from them, absolutely lovely, and genuine staff who were all very helpful! Thanks guys!

Got a taillight conversion on my BMW took it to Bensten they had the car for about 10 mins and they told me they had been wired wrongly so they can't do it yet still charged me the full price of the coding they was supposed to carry out even though they done nothing. couple of weeks after this I went to Cambridge car coding in Sutton and got my coding sorted it wasn't any issues with the wiring of my taillights you just needed the correct software and know what to code. Personally would not recommend to go to them especially with retrofit/coding issues can't speak on the mechanical side as never got anything like that done there.
