Fantastic service from Andrew.Following a laptop malfunction, Andrew saved our data and found us a replacement MacBook and saved us a ton of money. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else!

Really excellent service and very fair pricing. I took in a relatively new laptop and a very old Apple PC and Andrew serviced both and sorted out a few annoying issues, as well as loading up a new Office system. The cost for all this was very reasonable and he also did the work quickly, enabling me to pick up both computers a day later. Cannot recommend more, and I live in London but will always bring any repairs to Andrew at Bideford Computers!

My old All in One was getting tired and needed replacing. As I am in my eighties and a little unsure which way to go techwise, I decided to speak to Andrew at Bideford Computers. I had never been there until now. What a different reception from my experience with larger companies. He couldn't have been more helpful and certainly knowledgeable. He understood my needs and built me an excellent new desktop PC complete with monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. Also transferred my data from old machine to new model and gave me every assistance in setting it all up. Can't get over how helpful he was and not at all pushy. I am not in the habit of making recommendations but have not the slightest hesitation in recommending this company for all your tech needs.

Andrew did a fantastic job replacing the motherboard on my Dell Precision 7730 Laptop. The work was done quickly and I was kept updated on the progress.Highly Recommend

Absolutely amazing customer service was a pleasure to bring my computer in! I called up in the morning as I had just built a gaming pc but it was stuck in a power cycle I couldn’t get it to work and brought it in a couple hours later and within 3 hours my pc was working very reasonable prices aswell was extremely happy with the results would recommend to anyone who needs some help with their computers needs fixing or wants to learn anything about them! Will definitely be coming here again if I run into anymore issues !

We've had three laptops repaired at Bideford Computers recently, they do great work. Today I went in and Andrew discovered and solved the problem in short order. I didn't have the two pounds to pay for the power cable he sold me so he told me to give it to my favorite charity. Very friendly, generous, knowledgable and professional all at once.

took my very slow laptop in for repair /advice, was rung back within the hour and a full explanation of the fault, given cost of repair and collected same afternoon , excellent service from a local business highly recommend.
