These guys were top notch! Very efficient and took the order on a Sunday which was perfect! Dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday! Fitted the starter motor and it hasn’t missed a beat since! Can’t recommend these guys highly enough and they have a new customer for life as well as recommending them for any future purchases of this type to my friends etc! Thanks again

Was spoken to appallingly over the phone. I rang to get advice and the gentleman cut me off to say “i just think you’re giving me too much information” I replied stating that I was asking for advice (like it says they offer), he stated that they only do parts and he couldn’t help me. Came across incredibly rude, sexist, and patronising

Purchased an alternator, delivery next day was as promised but part was NOT brand new & original, as advised, seemed like a reconditioned unit. However, all irrelevant as turned out the AA had misdiagnosed the fault so returned the alternator within a few days of receipt, unused via DHL. Almost 3 weeks on, I am still waiting for my refund even though I was told 14 days. Very unprofessional, not yet replied to my 4 emails so now having to report a dispute to Visa/Mastercard.

The chap I spoke to today on the phone to ask about the part I was interested in was extremely rude, arrogant and not helpful in the slightest.Update on my review.I have read your negative feedback and there seems to be a trend with the way you speak to people. You spoke to me as if I was a stupid child due to my enquiry about the manufacturer I stead of using the word 'brand'.In relation to how you speak in this region, I have grown up in Manchester all my life and we don't speak to people in that way.So yes you do need to learn some manners. I too will be leaving a negative review on trustpilot....no apology given just more arrogance.

Fantastic service and really helpful, had an issue with an alternator on a Mercedes ML and they supplied the correct part quickly and with no issues. Unfortunately due to electronics in the car being fussy about the new alternator had to return it for another with a different regulator which worked no problem. The alternator was swapped no fuss and replacement shipped out quickly. I honestly can't praise there service enough and they will be my future contact for anything alternator or starter related in the future.
