The people who work in this establishment are so easy to talk to. They help to find the right item for you they arrange a delivery date if it's a piece of furniture. We have bought several items and also donated several items too. We would recommend anyone to go to the Dereham Age Concern recycled household items no matter what you want you may be lucky enough to find. Well done them.

I have to say this is my favorite chairty shoo in dereham it has everything i am looking for every time i go in there i come out with somethibg and i have to same the staff and team always say hello and ask if i need help and i have to say it lovely and colourful in the shop who ever does the bric brac in the colour codes it fantastic i like it like thats it help me decide what colour go well when i decide on colour for my house and the displays are excellent to gold star who ever does them

I have to say when I drop my boy of at work at age UK in Dereham I do have a look round in the shop and I have to say it the best charity shop in Dereham because it has off road parking and it look like a prople retail shop than a charity shop well done to all the staff and volunteers for it to look amazing and very colourful in shop i always find stuff to buy and they have good prices on stuff looking forward to the next event in store

I have to say this.is the best charity shop in Dereham as it as everything you are looking for like furniture, clothes, handbags, shoes, kids clothes and toys etcbut have to say it lay out nicely in the shop and you can see everything and there lots of room to.move about also when the staff are friendly and very helpful anything you are looking for they will check if they have it for you. Also they delivery which not many charity shops do now so that's is excellent as well

No wonder this place is shutting down with what they charge.(They're charging like it's a boutique.)When it first opened it was great.Plus the female member of staff who works in here is so rude and abrupt. (Curly haired woman)
