Great personal trainers and helpful reception staff, nice atmosphere and easy to book classes and good deals if you buy multiple lessons at once. i always look forward to the training sessions. Really motivating to get fit and having classes with other moms is really encouraging, all at different stages of our health journey.

I joined the fitness hub last year and had pt sessions with Justyna. She is amazing, cooperative and enthusiastic. She gives you diet plans, workouts to do at home and motivates you to work harder. Words just cannot do justice to describe how amazing she is.I enjoyed my pt sessions with her and now i make sure i don't miss her ladies only sessions on Monday and Friday. She makes them so much fun and positive with her energy and i look forward to attending them every week. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.Thank you so much Justyna. You are amazing.

I have personal training with Justyna. She makes me work hard whilst also having fun! She always mixes it up and is particularly sensitive to my injuries, making sure we make the most of each session. I always feel I have trained well, and after dragging myself out of bed always leave feeling much better than I started. Highly recommend!

Come here for Thursday sessions with Selima (classpass session) - best class ive been to, seeing such good results, instructor is such a good vibe and really pushes you to achieve your full potential!

I can't recommend Fitness hub enough. My son is doing Boxing lessons on Saturdays and he is really happy. Lovely people.

I have been training with Justyna for a few months and she is absolutely fantastic! She is highly knowledgeable, listens carefully and has been very patient with my fatigue and weeks of poor health. In addition to building my fitness and strength, she has offered nutritional info I will keep for life. She is professional and brings a lovely positivity every session. Equally, I can also see results both physically and mentally!I honestly can’t recommend her enough and the team / space at Fitness Hub are a valuable addition to Leytonstone.

I have been searching for a place like this post covid. The instructors are very experience and make you feel like the group classes are like one to one training. Great value for money. This place is a gem. My only concern is it becomes too popular:)

Really great classes would highly recommend Moss was very good at explaining the workout and pushes you but in a way that feels nurturing and encouraging

I definitely recommend this awesome fitness club. The classes are intense and will definitely get you strong and fit! If you come here regularly, the trainers remember your name, your level, they will up your weights when necessary and make you always push your limits! I really appreciate them for that, especially Moss, he's a fantastic trainer.
