This guy with the glasses on was such a nice dude he fully understood whats my problem was..(which was to remove some chain strap of my smart watch off in order to make it smaller so that it fits me ) and he did exactly that . He is an aseset to your company in Ashton . H&S Sameul is a perfect shop for you to go and fix things. Thank you

Bought new watch after damaging my watch at work. Staff did not help setup new watch when Bought. Not able to setup time and date on new digital watch. Returned two hours later for full refund.Very poor initial level of service. Returns process was very good.

I was served by Lisa today who helped me to get 2 silver necklaces for my neices for Eid. Lisa was very friendly, down to earth and understood what I had in mind. Fantastic customer service by Ann in the Ashton branch when I was looking for an engagement ring. Couldn't be more helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i had the perfect ring in time for going on holiday. Will definitely use again

Fantastic service by a woman called Lisa ( I think, I should have asked her name ) made a return that I bought online then tried on many products. Made a purchase and had the links taken out there and then. I don’t really do reviews unless extremely satisfied or dissatisfied so this says a lot

Went in today just to buy stocking fillers and noticed they had a Mudmaster G shock for £345 as a daily beater that I'd toyed with buying. I asked to try it on and the sales lady immediately opened the cabinet , passed it to me and said she would price match any other retailer. I knew of a major online retailer who was reducing this watch by £100 and showed her. She passed my phone to the manager and boom...yes we'll match that! Wait! What?! Well I shall purchase it then. Both the girls in there are an absolute pleasure and the manager really knows his watches. Heads up H Samuel if you have plans on selling high end time pieces £500 upwards (which, let's be honest, is where it's at these days) get this guy over to Switzerland on a program and trained up, he'll shift them for you. His relaxed well informed manner is spot on. The sales girls were so affable we bought two pairs of earrings while we were there as well. Bravo H Samuel on your choice of staff don't let these three employees go. As we walked away the manager said Be sure to revisit if you need another watch". Absolutely I will. God how I wish you sold Omegas

I was dealt with today (Ashton under Lyne) mall by 2 of the most helpful ladies. There friendly nature made me feel relaxed in-store they were easy to speak to and good at their job. They exchanged goods with receipt no fuss no hassle they were fast efficient and patient whilst talking to other customers queuing. Very well done. A plus for your business. Thanks guys
