I have recently completed the 3 week movement to work with Francesca. She was extremely helpful and welcoming and made you feel very comfortable! No question was a silly question! I have learnt a lot about transferable skills and significantly improved my CV and interview skills. I really appreciate all the teaching and help Francesca and the launch group have provided me with!! Would 100% recommend taking part in a programme with the launch group. :)

The content on customer service, conflict resolution, and Civil Service skills was top-notch.Big shoutout to Francesca James for her exceptional teaching. Recently completed the get into engineering course and I can not explain in words how grateful I am for all the great support from the launch group. Special thank you to Rebecca for all her hard work and support. I started the course with little confidence and self belief , however after completing the 3 weeks my confidence and communication skills have improved massively! I could not have done it without the help from Rebecca and also a Big thank you to Greg as well. It has been an amazing experience! I would highly recommend this course to anybody looking to build their confidence and get into work. Thank you

I have just completed the 3 week movement to work course with the wonderful help of Francesca. I have learnt so much to help me in my future job applications, interviews & improving writing my CV. I enjoyed the team building and how creative the lessons was with each person involved.
