Utterly useless service yet again from royal mail. You take time off work and wait in all day for some fob off story at the end of the day when the item doesn't show..!! Their attempts at a resolution are confusing and ambiguous at best...How royal mail can survive on the 'standard' of 'service' I've received from them over the years is beyond me...

Absolutely useless place... So they 'tried' to deliver my parcel and considering I live in a block of flats they didn't even try to buzz on to my flat and then I get a message saying my property was unaccessible 2 days in a row and said they would try to deliver next day, low and behold next day no one showed up to deliver! Not happy.

Only open only 2 hrs a day and for reduced days ??? SURELY the LEAST you could do is update your times on here ... OPEN TUE 8am till 10am ... thanks for the pointless walk this morning

Best sorting office I have ever encountered. The ladies working at the front desk are always very friendly and super helpful. The posties serving my area of M46 0TF are the best posties a customer could dream of. Always delivering post on time and always go out of their way to keep their customers happy.
