The service from Barnsdale Caravans and Charlie in particular is unparalleled. We bought an Adria caravan from a customer of Barnsdale. Not even from Barnsdale directly. There were some issues first time out and Charlie from Barnsdale was at the end of the phone and so helpful, pointing us in right direction, even suggesting a local service engineer who was able to fix our water pump and fuse issue. I cannot think of any other place that would go to these lengths. They are the only place to go to for Adria Caravans.

We bought our caravan from Barnsdale and took it for its first service this week. Everything about the Barnsdale team is superb: friendly, efficient, honest and always at the end of a phone when needed. I cannot speak too highly about the service you will also get from the team. Just the best!

I bought an Adria Adora Seine from Barnsdales last year and they were nothing but helpful giving me a fair trade in for my Bailey and ordering and fitting accessories in record time so I could take the new caravan on a pre booked holiday.My caravan developed a problem a rare thing for an Adria , but Charlie, Phil and Rhonda were straight on the case taking it up with Adria on my behalf and in the end securing me a replacement caravan.They went above and beyond normal levels of service .If you are thinking of buying a caravan go to Barnsdales you will receive a friendly , efficient service that goes way beyond the initial sale.

I am currently on holiday in my Adria but I had an issue setting up. I rang for advice and they were able to solve my issue over the phone in minutes. It wasn't a problem with the van, but it was due to a lack of knowledge on my part.They were a great help and I went on to enjoy the rest of my holiday.
