Have just had an eco compact 100 water softener fitted by Steve Balchin from Scott Jenkins water softeners. Excellent installation from Steve who was also prompt clean tidy and very knowledgeable of the product. Great communication also with Kristie and Lauren from the office.Definitely have no problem recommending Steve Scott Water Softeners.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Scott Jenkins Water Softener.They replaced my previous Kinetco which I had for 17yrs and now needed replacing.The new one was replaced with very little fuss friendly service. The are a little expensive but worth every penny, would not be without one.

We purchased our ecosystem water softener from Scott 2 years ago, and had it installed by him. It is fantastic, far better than our old block salt softener from Harveys. Scott and his team are very knowledgeable and keen to ensure the softener you use is the right one for you. We have very low water pressure in our area and this system which recharges electrically has had no issues. Scott is also able to monitor our system remotely which is amazing. The aftercare including monitoring and yearly servicing the team provides is excellent. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

Nice and friendly family company to deal with. Great proposal and help from Kristie and very competitive pricing. Installed by the owner who was very obliging too. We went for one of their EcoWater products that is a good softener and has a great app. Recommended.

Needed help with an old model whole house water softener - seems to be only used in Europe - so no money or order involved for them - but Kristie went above and beyond and got me an English Instruction manual via Belgium! - Can't get a service like that nowadays - If I ever need a new install help or products they do - I will be using this company - Thank You.

Steve fitted our water softener today - excellent service. We opted to have it outside as I didn't want to lose a cupboard and it looks great. Really good service from Lauren in the office and Steve who came and did a site visit for me to advise what would work and then came and fitted the softener. Highly recommend.

Amazing service that went above and beyond. Was told my softener would be a 5 day delivery but when told how urgent it was Scott delivered it himself the next day. Hugely appreciated and will definitely use again.
