Excellent, experienced auto electrician

Took my vivaro van to Paul.I had several faults with codes warning lights not working key playing up.Well what can i say he fixed all faults or repaired them saving me a lot of money on new parts. Excelent service. Kept me informed with ongoing work.picked van up after day and half all faults fixed. Can not praise his work enough. Would recomend his service to anyone. Thank you Paul

Called this company to look into my airbag light. Was told this was an easy fix on the phone and would be £25 to reset. I booked the car in and turned up at the correct time. The guy was 35 mins late then asked his Mrs to google where the plug connection was on my car to plug his dignostic reader into.After his Mrs showed him where the connection was, he basically told me what i already knew, that there was a problem with the airbag. He could not reset it as promised and did not seem to have any knowledge of the problem. I was charged £35 (not £25 as told) and was not offered a receipt or VAT invoice. I was told to give it a few day then call back (presumably so he could google the problem). I called back and his Mrs kept saying he was out. Eventually stopped taking my calls.I took it to Renault and they fixed it within 35 mins.Whilst i was their, another customer turned up to state the problem with his car had returned.Clueless!Just a guy with a diagnostic tool, no in depth knowledge as the website suggests.

Used this company for a few years now. The lady behind the desk is friendly and polite, the mechanics go above and beyond everytime. Professional, friendly and above all never been over charged. This garage has a customer for life. Cheers lads for pulling me out of it several times.

Went to them for a problem that was puzzling the car mechanics. Very professional service diagnosed within the hour. Really impressed with service highly recommend.

Intermittent problem with wipers. The motor was found to be submerged in water due to a blocked drain which had also damaged the fuse board. Motor, fuse card and some wiring replaced and it is working fine. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Please don't go to this garage.Rubbish knowledge of auto electrician. Charged me 75 pounds for diagnosed but still got it wrong. I end up paying for the part aswell as the Labour. One rip of garage. I swear down they have no idea about cars. I will name and Shane this garage on facebook and local stoke on Trent pages so no one go through what I went through ...Grrrr
