Namaste Ayurveda Retreat
Attended the clinic for an appointment with the doctor. He is very down to earth and explained to me everything in detail. The massage was healing and to my surprise he gave me enough tips on meditation and yoga. I recommend Namaste to everyone for a healthy body and mind.

Namaste Ayurveda Retreat is great place to get authentic Ayurvedic treatment. I have been consulting the Doctor for some of the health issues and he completely cured all of them. I had been there for shoulder stiffness and really was impressed with the treatment method and the attitude of the doctor. He also provided me with some meditation tips.If you want to do something for your health and well-being, I warmly recommend this place. It provides the best of holistic and authentic ayurveda treatments. I would really advise you to try a place like this at least once in your life. Namaste Ayurveda Retreat
Very professional consultation and treatment. My sciatica pain completely relieved after 6 sessions of sciatica massages. I was given some yoga poses too, to keep my back and leg muscles relaxed and I feel very good. My treatment was done by the doctor only. I highly recommend this place.
