New client. Called to book and didn't have my contact number taken. Arrived for appointment to find stylist off sick so I'd been allocated someone else. Not an issue as I'd not been before so no stylist comparison. However, would of been nice to have been phoned to be given an option. Standard customer service when booking.I asked for a long bob ('lob', stylist had never heard of this). During conversation explained she needed to collect her children from school. Suddenly the appointment (booked as a restyle) was rushed. Cut into a chin length bob. I felt awful asking for layers to be cut in to add volume. I apologised because I knew she had to pick her children up. She did so but the whole experience was ultra speedy and not what I asked for. I said I liked it because that's what we do right?!! My bum had barely left the chair before I was offered my coat, I hadn't even paid. No styling after cut, just left flat. I don't think I've ever been made to feel so uninterested by a stylist as a new client, let alone ultra rushed. I'm local and hoped I'd found somewhere new and convenient. I'm really quite disappointed. The lady who washed my hair was very chatty and friendly, best part of the experience.

Tracey is fast, efficient and friendly. The price is right, the stylist professional and they make you a coffee too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Went to have highlights . Very professional, and felt my hairs been looked after throughout the whole process . Friendly and welcoming staff.

First visit to the salon and will definitely be booking again. Was a little nervous as new to the area and had nobody to ask about salons near by. Kelly did my colour and cut, looks fab. Thank you.
