brilliant day out 21/07/22 went to the garden centre in Queens ferry Llangollen had a nice meal at the Wharf pub by the canal at Whittingham Shropshire the driver was excellent and very helpful

Recent day out to Southport Flower show with our seniors blues football club .We were supplied with a brand new coach pure luxerary first class driver and very reliable service well done Carvers coaches .

We used a carvers coach for a trip from Bromborough for a trip to Llandudno for a pensioners group. The driver was early and cheerful and told the group lots of useful information on the way. The driver helped the group and added in an extra drop off for one of the guests who was a bit slow walking. it was a great day .. thanks

We have dealt with Mark Carver for 2 years and we use him for all our luxury shore excursions from Liverpool Cruise Terminal. All his coaches are new and all the drivers are in uniform and their service is the best in Merseyside

I have used Carvers coaches for all of our group tours for 2 years and his drivers and coaches are superb. I would not use another company for our tours. Also there have been one or two occasions when we have made last minute changes and Mark& Steve could not have been more helpful - thank you again Claire

Absolutely great service from the booking enquiry to the driver turning up on time and pleasent nothing was to much for him didn't catch his name. The coach was modern plenty of leg room and it was especially comforting know that the 3 point seat belt was in good order great service carvers look forward to booking you again

I have had to wait up to an hour and a half with delays very often. Drivers can be aggressive sometimes and I have had an issue where my instrument was damaged because of a lack of care and awareness from the driver.I pay around £1000 a year for this service and it is terrible.9 months after I originally posted this review, Carvers decided to contact me about it asking for exact dates of when these incidents occurred.How on Earth am I meant to remember? I struggle enough to remember my homework from all the stress. Sorry Carvers, I am afraid that I can’t remember as I don’t have the ability to recall the dates of these sort of things. But thanks for letting me know almost a year later. Really shows how much you care. Although I can say that the delays are not as often so thanks for that.

This bus service is an absolute joke, everyone here pays around £1000 a year for this horrible bus service and what we get is horrible quality back. You have no legroom, the overhead compartment is useless-your things will either not fit or fall out and the seatbelts don't work. The bus is regularly late which is super disruptive and is just disgraceful for a bus service. I don't know why the school has Carver's as their service because it is just terrible. However, mark the bus driver is super nice

Aggressive and threatening driver. Last Friday a Carvers driver was standing in the road shouting abuse and threatening a car driver. He looked like he was going to punch the other driver through his window. He was shouting using foul language as kids were passing on their way to school. This was morning school rush hour and he held up traffic in both directions in Christleton for some time. I wouldn't allow my kids to be on a coach with this person.

We used carvers to take 30 of us to Aintree races and back on Friday - cannot recommend them enough.Malcolm our driver was absolutely fantastic and super accommodating, logistics with that many people can be tricky sometimes but he made the whole process completely stress free.Thank you Malcolm and to Carvers for an excellent service.See you next year!
