Fantastic service. It was easy to book for a window replacement, drop off car was smooth and job was promptly done.

Good and friendly service. Easy to find location.My windscreen was replaced within 90 minutes of dropping my car off.I have given it 4 stars because I would have liked to know the procedure of how my windscreen would be replaced. I probably should have asked.Overall good experience.

I went in with a broken windscreen to be replaced an hour later they called me they broke the new replacement and now have to wait for another one after 5 days to fit me in for another appointement it looks like the technician there need a lot of training to replace a new windscreen not to brake the new one. Very dissapointing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Spencer, the technician who managed my appointment was excellent, providing regular updates and doing so in a very professional manner. Very happy with the service today.

I had the windscreen of my Mercedes e class changed (job 10757375)...coming there early. Nice welcome and the replacement started. The engineer was really polite and he does the job in a very professional way. In less than 2 hours I was ready to go.Once again thanks for good service received

Had my car booked for a windscreen replacement, they called me to ask if I wish to bring the appointment forward which I did, had to leave the car there overnight because I couldn't take it there the next day, in the morning I got a call from them to say that it's done, this was long before the appointment. Really happy and would recommend them.

I would Rate 0 for wasting my time-Reported for repair on Sunday for broken passengers side window-Appointment confirmed on Monday evening by text for Tuesday 11:00 and-No update from Technician or Customer services until 13:30- Technician arriving 14:30 hopefully- as Driving Instructor I lost 3hr of lesson worth £120.00- At least they have let me know that Technician gonna be late in the morning so that I don't need to wait for 3and half hr, also I would have give lesson in the morning- No care or value for customers- I wouldn't recommend this Services to anyone who has value of their time it's really frustrating
