So far, I haven't yet taken their quote to legalise our documents because of a complicated matter involving the Vietnamese embassy (nothing to do with VitalConsular), but all quotations and communications have been excellent and fairly priced. I would recommend this company based on their professional discourse surrounding legalisation and attestation of our documents.

I have used this service twice and they have been phenomenal, very speedy and everything was accepted by the Brazilian authorities. Like many people you're probably wondering if this service is a scam but I can assure you it's 100% legit, I even visited their office in Batley and can confirm they are genuine. If you thinking about using Vital Consular then do it, they have been spot on.

Simply the best. Sent the wrong documents and they've warned me about it. Didn't charge any extras when I've sent the right documents.

Initially I was really impressed by Vital Consular. Their consultants were quick to respond to my queries and offer advice.I paid for the express delivery of translated and attested documents.After longer than anticipated for delivery I reached out to the company and was told the documents were en-route. When they did arrive late I had been sent the attested documents but not the translated documents. I had to reach out for a second time requesting the translated documents and was told they would be translated and sent out ASAP. Another two days passed and then a different consultant reached out and told me the documents would be posted the following Monday. The following Wednesday I had to reach out again to find out where my documents were and was told the documents would be finalised and sent out on the Thursday.I received the complete order on the Friday, 42 days after I placed the order.I requested some sort of compensation and was told my shipping would be refunded (hardly compensation when the order was incomplete, incredibly late and had to be chased multiple times by the customer).A week after the confirmation of the refund I have had to chase the company yet again as the refund has not been issued.

I used Vital Consular to get some documents legalised for my wedding abroad. We were really pushed for time as the wedding had been in doubt due to covid, so everything was arranged last minute. I am incredibly pleased with the level of service we received - our documents were legalised and returned within the time frame we paid for and we were kept up to date throughout the process via email. I would recommend paying for the scanning service if you’re particularly anxious - it was reassuring to see copies of my documents before they were posted.

Amazing people and very good service

Unfortunately my experience was negative as they did not process the legalisation service correctly: the verification and certification of my Degree Certificate was done by the wrong official (solicitor instead of public notary) and the authorities to whom I have submitted the documents rejected them. I got in touch with the company to explain the issue, but they did not answer me. I expected a specialized company to know how to proceed correctly.
