The Perfume Shop White Rose Leeds

Will never go again to this store asked for a paper receipt they wouldn’t give one said we would get an email receipt which i never got horrible staff then found out the perfume i bought was on sale £15.00 cheaper but i have no receipt i will be going back to see the manager but will never shop there again

Where do I start? There have been issues with click and collect with this company for some time now, so I called the shop and spoke to a girl called Hannah who was extremely helpful. I explained about the issue in using click n collect but that I’d like to use this for the discount.... not to worry she said, I’ll reserve the products for you and take off 15% when you come in to collect and pay. I made my way especially to the white rose that same day, and when I finally got the managers attention as she was texting away on her phone for a good 2 mins (if H.O want to check the cctv it will be confirmed, around 15:45pm 27th Oct 2020) she went to get my order and when I asked for the discount she said it’s not possible we aren’t running offers atm... I showed her they were and she said that’s online only, I explained what Hannah had said and the reply was a smirk and “she’s new, nothing I can do” as a company they discretion, as Hannah eluded to and to be frank, I wouldn’t shop in this store again if it was offering 100% off, the managers attitude was a disgrace, she actually found it funny I’d wasted my time. I am in the process of escalating this to HO, I don’t care if it takes me a month, I want this woman up on a disciplinary and to be retrained, she is horrible....you’ve been warned. Oh and a note to the perfume shop, if you want to contact me feel free, our office spends at least 15k pa with you, for now at least.

Really rude employees in the store, no hello or hi as you walk in, give you funny looks. Definitely will not be back. I think the girl must have got her lips done because they looked a little strange.

Only a small shop but you can get a lot of perfume in to a small shop. Wall to wall to be precise. Had what I wanted. Lovely women quick to sever me even hand wrapped it for me saved me a job. Well happy

Ordered online for click & collect, which stated would be 30 mins. 2hrs later and I have not received any follow up confirmation that the item is ready to be picked up. Rubbish service will take my custom elsewhere from now on.

I've been coming here time and again. The manager has been there for some years the rest of the staff have changed. But one thing for sure the customer services has always been excellent.

The worst sales assistants ever...never looked up from the till..too busy getting coats and bags to rush home. Looking at you then looking away. Horrible horrible staff. Took my custom to boots where I spent over £200 And was served with lovely staff. Never coming back here.

Some great deals to be had in here. All the top perfumes at ow prices. Look here first if your wanting some decent perfume or aftershave etc. You will always save from the general perfume retailors.
