I really wish i had read these terrible reviews before i accepted a new tarrif deal. These people DO NOT communicate with o2, they have no idea about my new tarrif which was meant to start 3 weeks ago and yet it hasnt..iv tried to call aeiral direct multiple times to be told something different every time and that they will 'find out whats going on' yet ive heard nothing back from them and now theyre arent answering the phone. Im so angry with this company i will be putting in a complaint and i hope they get shut down.

Staff were friendly and identified quickly what had caused a sudden increase in my bill. Also gave extra advice about what could be chargeable in the future. Very pleased I called!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would, simply for their deceitful sales techniques. They call you as an O2 customer and pretend that they are employed by O2 to get customers a better deal. THIS IS A LIE! They are actually an O2 reseller (they use the O2 products and re-sell them to customers) so unless you want to completely leave O2, be liable for settling your O2 account and paying a month up front to Aerial direct and sign up to a new 2 year contract for the sake of saving just a couple of pounds a month I wouldn't bother. I fell for it sadly and couldn't get back out of it. Now my bill is way higher than it ever was with O2 and I can't wait to get back with them.

the Worst customer service of all time. after several phone calls and waiting for on the line , after several e-mail and live chats I have finally managed to terminate my contract. 3 months since my original request.This is totally out of order. They are hyper active and aggressive when offering new contract how ever it is a nightmare trying to terminate it.I do not recommend at ANY price

Scammed my partner and moved her away from o2 direct.Awful company to deal with.Staff are useless on the phone.Incompetent. Rude.Getting a PAC code and running for the hills.

I had issues with my Sim card, contacted Aerial Direct and was answered quickly, a new sim card was posted out. Received it yesterday, contacted Aerial again to get it activated, once again a quick response on the phone. All working fine now

Constantly calling for us to renew our contact. After telling 5 people we are not going to be renewing we are still getting call after call after call, even though I have asked them to note this on the system every time. When does it become harassment? A gentleman was actually quite rude when I said our situation with regards to not renewing after our contract ends. Every call we get just confirms our reasons for leaving. Roll on February!

Telephone sales person who contacted me, Yas, was very clear, efficient & precise in the deal he could offer me. I only wanted a sim deal at this time & there was no pressure from him to sell me a new phone which was refreshing. Everything went smoothly & I enjoyed the experience. The same can be said of when I contacted the billing dept to give my bank details for my discount to be paid in. Julie was very helpful & polite, not forgetting efficient. Truly, a very well run company

I applied for a job here and got contacted by one of their “recruiters” after emailing back and forth for a couple of days they said that they would call me to talk through the job role and my CV. The call never came. Got another email advised that they had been called into a “meeting” and had to re arrange. So day of call arrived and no communication and no call. Emailed again asking what had happened and this time they didn’t even have the respect to give me an a reason why they didn’t call. If this is how the treat there potential employees I would hate to think how they would treat their customers. I have been with o2 since I was old enough to have a contract and frankly if they ever contacted me as a customer I would tell them where to go. Just have zero respect for people in general
