Wanted to find a television retailer in my area and read about this one following a Google search, read all of their reviews which were glowing, so went through with my wife, what a brilliant experience, the staff we extremely friendly much more knowledgeable than other retailers, no high pressure selling here!Good old fashioned service still holds true here and I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for domestic goods, go here you won't be disappointed.

We have shopped at Switch on for many many years now, and the service we always get is second to none. The staff are excellent and go out of their way to ensure you get the best advice and service available, they never force a sale onto you and have all become good friends to our family. It's a shame that there aren't many shops now with this level of service, they certainly know their job.

Can't recomend enough! The staff are wonderful & incredibly friendly & helpful, me and my family have been going here for years for washing machines, vacumns, tvs, fridgefreezers etc. Very knowledgeable people about their products who genuinely want you to have the best experience shopping with them...and you do. The delivery/installation guys were amazing and if I had any questions they were happy to help, very patient, it's not just a case of leaving you to get on with a product, switch on are happy to answer any queries either pre or post purchase too, it's a real wrap-around service and with the shop being local you can pop in to chat if you prefer that to the phone. 5 star!!!
