Ordered 2 hard snare cases at 10.30am yesterday and they arrived 10.30am today. I received a phone call yesterday to confirm address. Excellent service.

Had a call with the sales team on the phone and the lady was absolutely rude, I would suggest if you want to deal with any instrument please go to the store because the people there are lovely. The lady from the sales team at the call should probably be teach on her basics customer services.

Sold me a snare drum online, paid my money, it left my account and to get a call next day saying it wasn't in stock. I would have preferred to have my order honoured but instead they sent my money back because the drum was on sale. Not happy.

They have a range of goods to pick from. Super friendly staff. Parking available on front. You can have a go at the drum kits or guitars to help you make up your mind. Overall its highly recommended for all your instruments/ PA needs.

The area has changed alot around the Wembley Drum Centre, but it has remained the same: a brilliant shop for drums and guitars where you get excellent advice on what to buy, along with the chance to try out before you buy.I bought my first drum kit from here 27 years ago, and being back for the first time since then was very memorable!
