Shocking service why did I not read the reviews. Was looking to switch my sons child trust find to NS&I Junior ISA but what they don’t tell you at the start is that it can take up to 10 weeks !!!! Not very open and transparent, avoid !!

Never use their services or products! When you use it, they keep asking for all sorts of proofs etc and then keep saying it doesn't work. If it doesn't pass, you want to get your money back, they say no! Your money just sits there without any interest and they say they will not give it back to you until 2 months later! This is an allegedly fraudulent bank, always read the reviews before using them!

Two years trying to cash in Premium Bonds but still not there .Hours on the phone with chatbots ,telephones that dont have Safari,Ipads that dont support the brouwser ! ,chatbots that dont connect you to anyone ,an out of office calldesk that cant understand what you ask ,no answer through facebook or messenger ,and the list goes on .Disgraceful service and the best thing is that you can only contact them through a postbox number .Even then if youre letter is even received " they dont contact you .So the big question is "how do you get youre money back "?.Even driving the 10 miles to Sunderland and handing them the paperwork personaly isnt accepted .Very frustrating"
