Such good service. Staff is more than friendly and so welcoming. It took just over a week for my bag to be fixed which I did not mind what so ever. The fix was perfect and the bag is like new. Could not recommend more wil definitely use again

Absolutely love this alteration shop everything I asked for is done to perfection. The staff and the manager are very well mannered. I would advise anyone who wants alterations done to come to them first. They are fast at their response. I have great faith as everything I’ve had done has been big alterations, not small and done to perfection, I would call them my fairy godmother

Took a bridesmaid dress in to get altered.Meant to be ready week before wedding!Picked it up had a hole in material,had not been altered so it could fit easier.When I phoned told they don't do miracles!!

Had my bridesmaid dress alterations done here and they have messed up the colour of the ribbon on the back which stands out like a sore thumb leaving me 1 week to try and get it fixed im really freaking out and im the maid of honour and the bride is not happy which is also freaking her out they've had my dress for 4 weeks and could have sourced the ribbon from hobby craft or similar place and never consulted me about this really distraught i had to wear my dress and the seam fell down after 2 minutes of wearing it won't be using this service again and advise others not to use Rapid Repair are much better

Amazing job of fixing my bag. The handles had ripped away from the bag leaving gashes in the thin material. For a very reasonable price then sewed it back up, looking brand new. The job was that good that I couldn't, at first, work out where the parts were that needed work.

I called here a few weeks ago badly needing alterations to work trousers. I took them down in the afternoon and they were fixed within a few hours on the same day. Excellent service would highly recommend
