Amazing service from start to finish. What's more, they have extremely high standards for quality. I had an email saying that my original design, submitted via their website, wasn't producing the quality of box they would like. They suggested some amendments to the design, which they undertook and got the new design printed and shipped within 48 hours.The boxes are of a superb quality and so is the foil embossing on them. Shirls, who I’ve been dealing with, was first class with quick responses to emails, great suggestions on how to get around the issues they were seeing and keeping me informed of the progress. This attention to customer service was nice to see, as this wasn’t a high value order for them, just a little run of 50 boxes.I’d highly recommend them and will be looking to use them again for anything else we need in the future
