Holmewood Hall

Would highly highly recommend Holmewood Hall. Laura Gadd, in particular was incredible - she helped us feel calm and organised in the run up to the wedding, helped answer any questions we had and on the day, ensured everything ran like clockwork! All the staff were amazing and I had so many compliments about the food, drinks and the bedrooms. Kayla was also incredible - taking charge of the sparkler run and turning it from a small event with a handful of guests, to a massive part of the evening making everyone feel included and making it extra special. We thought we'd organised the perfect wedding, but the little things all the staff did throughout the day turned it into something more magical than I could ever have hoped for. Would recommend it to everyone and anyone.Only thing I'd suggest is to bring mosquito spray if it's going to be hot! The bar and pond attract a lot of them!

Had a fantastic day with memories that will last a lifetime. Lee Digger is an absolute hero and does the absolute most to make sure your day is perfect. There is not enough character space to state how amazing the whole team are, the food is exceptional and the venue is out of this world. I'd give 10 stars if I could

We got married at Holmewood Hall in July and we could not have picked a better venue. The building, grounds and decor are stunning. The food is brilliant and all of the staff did such an amazing job on our special day. All of our guests commented on how professional the staff were. We would also like to give a shout out and a massive thank you to Lee, our wedding planner. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. We had so many questions in the lead up to our wedding, and Lee was so helpful with everything. He was also brilliant on the day and made sure everything ran smoothly. Lee, you were great. Thank you so much.We would highly recommend this venue.

Holmewood is one of my very favourite places to photograph weddings. The building itself is superb, classic design and impeccably kept. The gardens and the surround areas are gorgeous, with the odd visit from the local wildlife, such as the deer. The staff are super friendly, always helpful and make life a lot easier for me. That staircase.....beautiful! The food is always delicious and the atmosphere away party-like. It's a place I can't wait to get back to. Highly recommend Holmewood for sure.

Our wedding at Holmewood Hall was the most incredible day - all the staff (and in particular Lee, our wedding manager) were amazing! The food was fabulous, the venue was stunning, all of the rooms were immaculate! Everyone who attended had a great time and we certainly had the best day of our lives! Everything ran to schedule, the staff are clearly very experienced and know what they're doing! We didn't have to worry about a thing, everything was taken care of so we could just enjoy our day and have a blast! Can't thank everyone at Holmewood Hall enough... best day EVER!!! :)

We had our wedding day at Holmewood Hall last month. We could not have wanted a more perfect venue for our special day. Everything from the food, the decor, the rooms, the grounds were perfect. Our wedding planner, Laura & all the staff went above & beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly. Leading up to our day Laura ensured all our needs were met quickly & professionally,. Holmewood Hall really was our wedding venue of dreams. From the first time we looked around the beautiful grounds, to meeting our AMAZING wedding planner, Lee, to our big day - it all was perfect. Lee could not have been more helpful in the lead up to our wedding and he helped our day run so smoothly from start to finish. The food was fantastic, stunning grounds (including rooms) and the staffs attention to detail was second to none. We cannot thank Holmewood Hall enough for their hospitality to achieve our dream wedding.It was the first venue we planned to visit following our engagement and knew we didn’t need to look any further.The architecture of the house, the original decor and the decorative touches are outstanding.The grounds are well kept and freshly prepared daily to ensure they are always on top form. However, it really was the attention to detail and incredible quality of the staff which really made the difference!Every time we visited the venue for another visit, checking on final details or attending one of their wonderful dinner dates, the staff were fantastic. We have not experienced such consistently high level of professionalism, but always with that little bit of personality from each and every member of staff we saw. This make it particularity lovely to see those familiar faces we had gotten to know, on our actual wedding day. We can’t forget to thank the staff who worked hard behind the scenes to produce impeccable food and the wait staff who kept everybody’s glasses wet.Lee, our personal wedding manager; we just can’t stop singing his praises! Any issues at any time, he was there. He was happy to offer reassurance when things weren’t going quite to plan. On the wedding day itself, he kept everything under control, running smoothly and done it with grace and ease. He made us feel heard, prioritised and ensured our wedding was unique to us, truly representing who we are as a couple. He worked efficiently with our suppliers, made them all feel welcomed and at home. Several of our suppliers actually commented saying that it was the nicest venue they’ve worked with as a result.Holmewood Hall were great in accommodating our social content creator, Amyleigh socials to do her work. She perfectly captured the pure happiness, love and joy from the day. From the preparation, our first reactions, our ceremony and all the way until until our party; Amy really has created a lifetime of memories from this most beautiful venue and our perfect day. Holmewood Hall encouraged Amy and Steve (our photographer), to move around the venue as they needed to really show off their skill set.We sincerely cannot thank Amy, Steve, Lee and all the staff at Holmewood enough! We cannot wait to visit for a dinner date soon, as a married couple!
