Had a composite front door installed recently, the installers arrived on-time and carried out the installation of the door quickly and professionally. Good communication throughout the whole process, overall very good experience would use SRN again for any window/door needs.

From the initial sales consultation, surveyor visit and installation, all of the team went above and beyond to ensure fantastic results. Had windows and doors installed in Oct '22, and to finish it off had new down pipes guttering and facings done two weeks ago. Workmen on both occasions tidied up behind them, work completed in the timescale given, would recommend SRN.

SRN guarantee is a big lieSRN is a rogue company with cowboy roofers. Builders negligence, breach of Building Standards and deceptive advertising is just a few examples of what is wrong with this company. SRN ignores the customer once they get paid despite they know well their products are substandard and faulty. I have been complaining since the roof was just 18 hours old!! The roof was finished on Friday 20/03/2020 around 7pm and it was too dark to see the roof well. Next morning in daylight I checked the roof properly and I was not happy with the job. I immediately sent my first email complaining about that via SRN website that same Saturday 21/03/2020 complaining about a faulty roof which does not comply with the BS 5534. Months later they sent someone who just lied about it. Then our nightmare started. In April 2023, we noticed significant water damages caused by water leaks due to the faulty roof in several parts of the house. I sent an email on 25/04/2023 explaining all about these water leaks and water damages, which was not responded. Then I decided to hire a professional company to prepare a technical report to prove the roof was faulty, full of defects and unfit for purpose. Several people already told me that at this stage, as well as that I was ripped off by SRN and our roof was complete shambles. I got the report. It confirmed the suspicions I had since the first day back in March 2020. That was evident and obvious for any professional. I sent an email on 10/07/2023 about this to SRN and since then they have been playing games to avoid their responsibility and liability even though the installation manager admitted it is a bad roof. I sent the director of the company a formal complaint on 02/10/2023 and another on 11/11/2023 without any proper response from them and even less a solution because they are unable to repair the roof to a proper standard and they do not want to give me a refund. Selling a product which is clearly faulty and unfit for purpose, which is already causing damages to the property, which in turn will damage the whole structure of the roof making it unsafe, working practices which are contrary to relevant regulations… all this fits the description of BUILDERS NEGLIGENCE in addition to clearly BREACHING BUILDING STANDARDS. But that is not all, clearly SRN guaranteed products is a big lie, the salesman’s representations about a Marley Eternit high quality roof backed up by a 10 year Guarantee was a pack of lies, the SRN 10 year Guarantee I have on paper and on SRN website is a huge lie and also SRN Complaints Policy is another big lie. That is clearly DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING together with MISLEADING SELLING in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations. We are not the only ones affected as it can be seen on websites like Trustpilot and I know these cowboy roofers did several jobs throughout Glasgow and Scotland with very poor quality of workmanship. Our roof is a clear example of that. This company is an utter disgrace. Now we will have to take them to court, and report them to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

Great company, it didnt take that long to get our windows and doors orderd amd installed. They work fast and were very helpful.

Had 5 windows and a door fitted by SRN recently after having someone selling door to door offer a quote.Spoke with the sales rep and after going over the preferences agreed to go forward with the install.A surveyor was sent to take full measurements and confirm our window and door preferences.The day of the install we expected 2 installers however only one fitter was available due to illness and then there was an issue of the fitter not being given the window sills that we'd asked for, however this was rectified shortly.The install was supposed to take 2 days, however due to only having 1 installer this over-ran by a day. The installer did an excellent job on the door and windows in spite of the issues and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.After the install was complete the installer cleaned up after himself and took all the old material away.After inspecting the windows we found there were a few minor cosmetic dings and chib, but nothing that took away from the overall look of the windows.Scott the installer did an outstanding job considering he was on his own and made sure we were over the moon with the results.The windows and doors are of very high quality and we've already noticed the difference in sound insulation and the house has been much warmer after they were fitted. Would recommend SRN if you're looking to get replacement doors and windows.

Had 8 windows n 2 doors fitted, excellent workmanship from the 2 guys that fitted them plus the brickies that changed our old patio window back to a standard window, very professional all found, highly recommended company.

The builders were very considerate and explained everything that they were going to do very clearly. They answered all our questions. They were meticulous and quick in their work. They tidied up after themselves very well. The windows fitted were of a high quality and well-fitted (rivalling The Best" but at a much more competitive price). No fuss
