Avoid at all cost. Went in for root highlights and toner touch up. Walked in with blonde hair, walked out with orange brassy hair. Completely ruined my hair and said it’s not her fault, I’ve been getting my hair done for a very long time this has never happened before at other salons. Charged me full price. Called her back the next day to fix my hair for me she started shouting over the phone and wouldn’t take accountability of destroying my hair. As a professional she should’ve listened to the customer but she can’t take it when someone tells her you’ve done something wrong. When I asked for a refund she cut me off and wouldn’t answer the phone. My hair is destroyed, now I need to go elsewhere pay extra to get my hair fixed. Scalp has gone all dry and my hair is damaged! Avoid at all costs! Dog was also roaming around even though I told her I have a fear but she just kept saying don’t talk. Overall bad experience!

Toddlers hair cut was pricey however hardly any hair was cut and when we called back to discuss the owner said the toddler was being difficult. Well that's a given considering the toddler is a child. Also, did not feel very welcome at the salon and there was a dog roaming around which I found very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.

Amazing lady, made an appointmentTo have a trim told what my son wanted (style). she said you don't need a trim yet for what you want, so come back in a few months . She could easily have said I'll trim it a bit.Thank you Salon Le Bon
