Completed irrigation work last year which was all good. Waited for this year’s pre booked system start up appointment and nobody showed up. Unable to get any response, reason or apology. Seems like a pattern from other reviews - disappointing.

Called RMP over for a service of the system. They arrived promptly and explained exactly what they were going to do. Work was carried out in a professional manner and within budget. Friendly and well knowledgeable team members.

Used Rob last year and was happy so contacted him again in Spring to service my irrigation system. This year's experience has been simply awful. He cancelled two consecutive appointments at very short notice. When he did come after chasing him a lot, he advised that I needed a new pump even though it was only 12 months old. I bought new pump and although he promised he would arrange a new appointment to fit it and undertake the service I had originally booked him for earlier in the year, he did not and he ignored all my many attempts to contact him. I have never heard from him again. It turned out that the old pump just needed a new fuse. Terrible service and my advice is to look elsewhere.

An effective service for my irrigation problems.Rob is honest, knowledgeable and helpful.It was quite an expensive visit as there is a call out charge on top of hourly rate, but someone has to pay for the journeys between clients. I think if one uses him for more than a one off problem it becomes a cheaper scale of charges.

RMP Irrigation have maintained my system for a number of years now. They are always professional and efficient, plus very responsive to any communication. Also a very friendly team too. Thank you.
