Really recommend these guys! Starting from the good and quick 1:1 service in the chat for all my questions to the fast delivery on my doorstep. Because the prices where so competitive I had some doubts if the products where genuine for example CK Worldwide, however everything is well packed and the quality/brands I hoped for.One little feedback point is that my shipment was divided in two shipments while it could be fitted in 1 box. Maybe there was a reason for this, maybe not but there is a possibility FedEx will charge me an extra fee for importing it for me (don’t know the English word). Haven’t had the invoice from FedEx yet so can’t confirm, if they do it’s not s massive amount though (€15).

I turned up late on a Friday just as they were locking up, but they were happy to open up again to serve me. Not only was this not insignificant hassle for them, but they apologised to me for it taking longer than usual! It was really helpful because it meant I could continue welding over the weekend. Great service & well done.

Absolutely amazing service, I have been on the fence about buying a ck torch as i didn't know if it will work with my spares and Gary wich is a FANTASTIC bloke went to the deposit and tried the actual wp17 on the wp9 to make sure it was fit for what in wanted it ! Absolutely top bunch of guys !!! Would deffo use them again !

I recently ordered a Ck gas lens kit for my tig when I received it although the guys at Rapid had packed it very well the delivery company had not taken any care with it and one of the Pyrex cups had been slightly damaged despite the careful packaging I sent Rapid a message and explained what had happened with the intention of just letting them know what the delivery company was up to but the gent from Rapid was super helpful and told me he would send a new one out right away and to keep the old one as it still works as a spair how refreshing to do business with a company that puts customer satisfaction first and are willing to go the extra mile to make you happy well done to all at Rapid top class keep it up I will be placing my orders with you from now on.

Sent them my welder to be fixed, they Signed for a delivery, told me they had the item, told me they had ordered a part and then a month later said they never received it, and blamed it on COVID. Over 3k worth of welding gone.
