7-Star review for Tanny and his colleague. Firstly, they gave us a very good part exchange deal for our old Aygo. Secondly, they offered to help us replace the water pump of the used car we got from them even when it was almost a month after the warranty had expired. This is definitely a good car shop, they will look after you. I am off to AutoTrader to give a proper review.

Was looking for a Vw Golf for a while and found this one at West Park Motors. Contacted the people there and they were friendly and professional. Went there and the car was exactly as described: a high quality (for its age) and great spec Golf. I think it took less than an hour to inspect and buy it. They looked after us and were patient while we checked at the car. They also helped us service and MOT the car. Very happy with the service! I would definitely check these guys in the future if I wish to buy a different car!

Bought a car recently and i can honestly say it was a pleasure doing business with them. They were polite and honest gave me a great deal and i will definately be recommending to my family and friends.

this car has been a god damn nightmare..... driving home we noticed one of the headlights wasnt angled properly. This had been a fail on the MOT and was supposed to have been fixed. One bulb was sideways and the other upside down. Upon checking the car over there was no powersteering fluid and no brake fluid in either reservoir. We asked if the timing belt was done or due to be told no....theres over 30,000 mile to go. It was actually two years overdue as the interval was 150000 miles OR 10 years. So we had to shell out for that. The seat they allegedly fixed is now loose again and the handbrake has just snapped because the caliper had seized...... Spent 895 on the car and at least that again in the 3 months we've owned it.Well now it gets better. This car was bought for my daughter and her family....they decided to take their two small daughters for a day out. Got 20 miles down the road and the car lost all power on the M62. They found a safe place to coast off the motorway, opened the bonnet to plumes of smoke... The flywheel had disintegrated....cost of repair over £1200!Not to mention the brake pads have no friction surface left on them at all. The car has only done 3000 miles since it was bought in October. See attached picture below.The reply below is an absolute lie. The car is only 12 years old and was never sold as seen. I have the receipt as proof. We were actually told if you have a problem come back to us.....when we do they ignore us....until we wrote this review!
