Rob upgraded my 2011 MacBook Pro to bring it up to current specifications and it was brilliant! The idea being to get at least four more years of work out of it. It whizzed along exactly as promised. Rob picked it up, worked on it and dropped it off exactly when he said he would. Would definitely recommend.

I found Rob online after my Macbook broke. From the very first point of contact he is professional and honest and clearly knows his stuff. He was prompt in contacting me, arranging a collection for my Macbook and then letting me know along the way, what the diagnosis was and how much it would cost. He kindly dropped it back and he took time to chat and help me with any questions about options to purchase a new one. After this he replied to my messages and offered further help in looking for another laptop.Honest, reliable, trustworthy and very professional. I would recommend Rob to anybody who needs their Apple product fixed or help with anything Apple related. I will always use him if I choose to buy another Macbook.Thank you.

Rob did an excellent job on our 2014 iMac, recognising that the fusion drive was on the verge of failing. When he took it, it was barely managing to load a user account in under 20 minutes. He replaced the disc drive with SSD and returned it the following day all reloaded bar some security sign ins. It runs faster than than when it was new. He’s a nice guy who knows his stuff. Rob refurbished my 2011 Macbook. It runs beautifully now, and he provided brilliant service throughout - keeping me updated and turning around the machine in remarkably quick time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Rob was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear and concise, I was kept in the loop from start to finish. The repair was turned around quickly and price was very reasonable. All whilst a global pandemic is going on, what more can you ask for?

Following an enquiry last Thursday, Rob has just called (Monday) as arranged to view my 2016 iMac as I thought it was running slow. After my initial e mail contact Rob replied within a couple of hours advising that the PC may benefit from changing the Hard Drive to an SSD. However on inspection today and asking me how and what I used the machine for, he gave it a service and advised everything was running ok. It now runs much faster. Rob further advised of the cost of upgrading the Hard Drive if I wanted more speed together with a timeframe for the work . Rob is a great guy; extremely professional, polite, provided excellent value for money and it is obvious he is very experienced with Apple products. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My 8 year old iMac was running extremely slowly.Rob was able to arrange a visit the following week, upgraded my computer and it is now running beautifully.He advised that this should give it a few more years of useful life.He was also very patient and willing to give general advice on problems I had been having using the iMac.It is reassuring that I can now contact him for advice in the future which is great now that Apple have reduced their free support.

Rob was absolutely fantastic!! Can't thank him enough! My Imac was working extremely slowly and basically not working. Rob very quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it within a day of taking the computer away. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend Rob for any mac issues at all. I have another computer for him to fix soon!
