Just arrived home from what can sometimes be described as a potentially traumatic experience. Yes, I have just had an MRI scan but done by the most pleasant, happy, informative and helpful crew at the Valley Centre UHNM. Everything was explained to me in detail and all questions answered. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy and they made the whole experience almost pleasurable, even down to the music in the headphones. They all seem to have a good sense of humour and obviously enjoy their work. Thank you all very much.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful, they explain everything before and during your Scan. They don't rush you at all and are pleased to go at your speed.

I was not the most pleasant person at my MRi test. Because of my vulnerable reaction to wearing a hospital gown. Last time I wore this, I was badly treated from a past hospital, I'm told by the people who helped me.So, Sorry staff!

Great service, went straight in and was spot on my appointment time. MRI Took around 45 mins! Very pleased!
