M&C Bouncy Castle Hire

Caused alot of Upset on childs Birthday!!With a bouncy castle being top of the list,wed never had one before so I made effort to ensure the garden was big enough but had all my messages ignored in messenger,text &WhatsApp as too busy to reply.Had a rushed visit from company to confirm slabs not suitable but agreed grass area was fine, a week before party.I mowed it, removed washing line, cut down tree branches and put up gazebos for the motor and seating in preparation of the excited kids.Then on the Childs Birthday had a call LESS THAN HOUR before 13kids arrived to say they had NO TRANSPORT AND CANT PROMISE ANYTHING because the owner had family issues"....Obviously very upset and disappointed i said id collect it myself it was that important..they then reassured they will come as gazebo will keep motor dry. 15 mins before party Anne from this company left a voice mail saying "the weather was too bad raining and they won't be delivering the bouncy castle".It was too late to make any other arrangements and we where angry they couldn't even make the effort to collaborate their lies amongst themselves. The weather was fine and the kids played in the paddling pool instead.Not so much as an appolagy from them like it wasn't a big deal letting kids down on their special day."

As always a great service from M&C, over the last 10 years they have been my number 1 go to for bouncy castle hire, really helpful and lovely people. The website is really easy to use and they have lots of choice from young children to adults. My daughters 7th Birthday was a great success with the Disco Dome, would definitely recommend this one for a girls party.

This company is a complete shambles! Ignore any positive feedback about these guys! Total waste of time!The owner talks a sweet talk but makes false promises!We relied on these guys to book our bouncy castle for our festive day! My nephew and nieces were all looking forward to having fun and would ask me if the a bouncy castle was coming prior to the day. We took the owners word and did not book anyone else when we could have! The day before the festive period there was some issue in regards to delivering it. Cutting the long story short it was agreed that if the weather was fine then he would come down and set it up very early morning. The next day I sacrificed my sleep and waited and waited but no phone call or arrival. I rang and rang and sent text after text but to no avail. I was ignored and told later with one text that other customers rang and had him uptil late! So in other words he priortised others when he clearly gave me his word. Furthermore I pleaded for smile of the kids to arrange a bouncy castle for a few hours and I would pay extra. In the end the poor little souls my nephew and nieces hearts were broken and this person had no decency to to even to respond to messages nor return my calls!!! Not that it would have made a difference as we order one castle a year that the kids look forward too and that was not possible due to this rubbish and false promises making company! Avoid these guys and spread the word!Avoid and stay away if you care about your family as they coukd do this to you tomorrow!!!!

Wonderful afternoon had by all my grandsons friends who came to his birhtday party. The castle was so much fun and delivered on time and erected by the company in the garden. The castle was very clean and well maintained and would recommend this company to anybody who needs a bouncy castle. Also very good value and if your day is rainy they are happy to move the date to another time without charging.

M&C Bouncy Castle saved the day for us when Rocking Ronnie's fell through last minute. They went out of their way to help us out even though they were busy. I wouldn't use anyone else from now on. Top class service!

After a few mistakes on my part with not telling them the castle would be going on to gravel and also i even booked the bouncy castle on the wrong day and after asking if I could change the date at last minute they said they was fully booked but would see what they could do.The day before the party they phoned me saying they had sorted me a castle out which was great news.They brought the castle for 9am, there was 3 men who made the job quick and they were very polite and cheerful which always makes dealing with people much easier.Will definetly use again and would recommend them to others.

Booking process was very straightforward, availability checkable online so you know what's in stock. Had a call the night before to confirm the booking and to let us know what time it would arrive. Kids had a great time, could not be more happy. Will use again.
