I had a problem with a car today an a lady from reception couldn't help me enough. She give me a free commentary breakfast £6 50. Free tea n coffee. Also arrange for a lift to take me 25 miles to pick up my train all free of charge amazing lady

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR. TAKING FULL ADVANTAGE OF ONLINE FORUM TO SELL THEIR SCRAP.SOLD A NON-RUNNER ONLINE IN RUNNER LOT. WENT TO COLLECT AND PRESENTED ME WITH A FORM AT COLLECTION OFFICE WITH NON-RUNNER WRITTEN ON IT. THEIR SURE CHECK SYSTEM IS A JOKE AND STAFF IS CORRUPT. FAVOURITISM IS COMMON PRACTICE, MISREPRESENTATION OF FACTS AND AFTER SALES ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE TO DODGE AROUND CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF HELPING. GENUINELY SHIFTY PEOPLE.

Cars not checked properly, don't believe their Grading System. Absolutely appalling customer service. Purchased a Grade 1 vehicle from this auction and paid top money for the car assuming that it was actually 'Grade 1' THIS WAS FAR FROM GRADE 1, more like a grade 4/5, dashboard was damaged and not recorded on the inspection report as well as the wing mirror was taped up with duct tape, again, not mentioned in the report.A complaint was raised and a £35 refund was offered, WHAT A JOKE! The vehicle was almost £8k.

It use to be good to buy a cars if you running business, now nearly every car in lower brackets budget has some issue ,needs fix, and not checked properly as it should be( as it was before) Manheim.
