Avoid their recommendation for a floor fitter - Marc Earnshaw of Lignum Flooring. Despite laying floor wrong twice he won't take any responsibility. The sub-base was not prepared properly and the floor now bounces excessively in part. Woodfloor Warehouse aren't interested despite another one of their recommended fitters coming and verifying that we have an issue. Actual product is good but lack of support means I would not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic quality wooden flooring. We brought the Ash Solid Oak flooring for our living room. Competitive cost and the quality of the flooring is outstanding, its thick and looks stunning. We made the trip to Warrington where the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly, showing us samples and advising us of the best way to lay the floor and how to treat it. Highly recommended company, will use again.

We looked online.Decided what we wanted.The store has many but we were able to see what we want and brought there and then. The man who helped us work out how much we needed. We brought an extra pack just in case, was told didn't need it, which I thought was excellent customer service.

I just bought LVT flooring for 2 days. The floor has not been sent, and I have not received it. I want to change my mind to cancel and get a refund. They told me they couldn't take my refund because they have a rule that they can't take a refund if everyone buys their product in the store. But this is against UK law. My internet search for UK law shows You must offer a refund to the customer if they tell you within 14 days of receipt. The item they want to cancel. Once they tell them they have 14 days to return the item to you. You have to refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the return. They don't have to give a reason." I'm very disappointed in their decision. I don't know why they can over the UK law. Now I'm going to Trading Standard to complain about them."

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary compared to to Wickes and B&Q.Also substantially cheaper than the other warehouses mention my review on Google and ask for a discount.Friendly, knowledgeable helpful staff with tips on putting your flooring down.especially the bloke with the dry sense of humour.People saw our floor and asked where we got it.sort of grey Click herringbone composite.
