Chrissi did a fantastic job of designing and subsequently creating a beautiful art deco style ring using materials from an old piece of jewellery with a lovely sapphire in that I inherited from my grandmother. Chrissi was excellent from the start. She is very creative and communicative, and she clearly puts an enormous amount of work into everything she does. Highly recommended.

Chrissi is a rare find who has a unique talent for creating the most beautiful, bespoke jewellery. Every design is created with extreme care and patience - be it an existing piece of jewellery which holds great sentimental value and needs to be refreshed or an entirely new piece. Over the past year, Chrissi has designed and crafted multiple pieces of jewellery for me. She is refreshingly passionate about what she does and she is generous with her time. Highly recommended.

I had been given a piece of jewellery for my birthday & it snapped beads flew everywhere!The Care Chrissi took in mending it & replacing all the bits that went missing made me a fan of RubiWarren ... not to mention her bespoke pieces.

Well what can I say....I approached Chrissi for a bespoke piece of wedding jewelry with the aim of recycling some old, unwanted, broken chains and bracelets that I had acquired in recent years. Chrissi guided me through the design process, confirmed what unwanted items could be repurposed for each component. The initial design sketch was almost perfect, Chrissi really understood what I was looking to achieve. Great communication throughout the process, specifically the build keeping me up to-date. Wonderful to deal with and I think excellent value for money given the craftsman ship, skill required and quality of the end product. I would definitely look to use Chrissi again for any bespoke items I may be thinking about in the future.The finished article exceeded all expectations and was presented in a very good quality presentation box, as if you were buying from a high end retailer. Endless comments from wedding guests and I have a piece to hand down generations to come.Excellent, thank you again.

Used Google to find a local jeweler found Chrissi at Ruby Warren, had a chat on the phone, then a meeting, explained what I wanted which was a double ring to hold an opal. After getting great advice from Chrissi decided to go ahead, couldn't be happier, exactly what I wanted, sound advice, very well made.
