A beautiful place to have a coffee, sandwich and pastry. The food is high quality and very tasty. It was my breakfast stop during my recent stay in London. Will definitely be back.

Perhaps the best Paul in London. The food and drinks used to be authentically French but perhaps because it’s been around for a while, it feels like any other bakery. That said it’s the only place I can get Cannelle from. I love this sticky chewy custard taste bomb with its caramel exterior. But because it was early morning I chose a Portuguese Pastel de Nata. Like I said it doesn’t feel French anymore. The exterior is large, light and airy. You collect food from the counter on a tray. Maybe it’s because this branch in trendy Covent Garden is bus but staff seem disengaged from customers. The cafe has disability access from the street.

First Breakfast in London, i like the way London welcomed me. Paul’s was a lovely little cafe which offers a wide variety of lunch and pastry ideas. The service was speedy and friendly. Food was incredible. I highly recommend this place.

Very welcoming and friendly place. We enjoyed the beautiful decor with good coffee and delicious cakes. The background music is perfect and adds to the already great atmosphere.

Deliciosa toda la comida y el sitio es precioso.Las chicas se equivocaron en cobrarnos una torta, cobraron 10 pounds de más, fue un mal detalle y desafortunadamente descuidan mucho las mesas, no las limpian con regularidad, de resto todo bien

I really like Paul but I think it is way too overpriced.Almost 5£ for a slice of cake???That too not that decadent. It does have a fancy name which I couldn’t pronounce but the cake was dry.It looked moist but the texture was like a tea cake and very dense.The mocha was nice. I have had their pastries before and they were nice.Again dont know the name but they do these butter pastries with sugar n it’s yum!

There are no more omelets, and the drinks take a long time to be ready. Everything becomes a mess and cold. The pastries are beautiful, order to go, I was not in mood after try the sandwiches that were not good at all. The sandwiches are beautiful but not tasty. I do not know how they got 4.2 here, because it is far away from good service or good food!

It's very sad. Customers are human, don't take them for fools.I ordered the cortado today.They gave me single shot espresso. I said them “this is not a cortado”, but they did not accept it.I showed them the photo. They said “we don't have that glass”. They sold me single shot espresso as a cortado.The glass is not important, it has espresso in it, not a cortado! If you don't know this job,don't lie !!Everyone knows the difference, but the employees don't. They lie shamelessly.! I didn't have time to wait for the manager, so I'm writing here.

Food is always decent here but ordering at the counter was a bit chaotic and the rear dining area was an absolute mess.I don't understand how you can clear one table of plates, cutlery etc. not wipe it down and leave the neighbouring tables as shown in the photographs?
