Charlie Browns

I bought 4 suits and a pair of shoes for me and my grooms party for my wedding.I received a lot of help and assistance from the staff. They were happy for me to try and multiple suits, styles and shoes until I found something that worked.Buying in bulk meant a bit of a discount too, which was well recieved.

Amazing experience, was thoroughly looked after from the moment we entered the store to pick & purchase a suit for my son’s prom, nice little discount to help my budget and adjusted his trousers too! Can’t express enough how impressed I am with the guy (sorry I cant remember your name, fair haired and friendly chap, nice guy) who looked after my son. Thanks again! Will return the next time I need a suit for sure!

As mentioned by someone else previously, the staff do not leave you alone. They constantly walk behind you and force you to buy something. Very overpriced for suits especially

Went today for my son's prom outfit.The young lad who served us was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble he is a credit to the store and I made sure I let the manager no that when we left.would recommend the store to anyone who's after a suit.

[WALSALL]From the minute you walk in too the minute you walk out you are stalked by paranoid staff watching your every move.It was a very hostile shopping environment!!I know the difference between providing assistance to actually STALKING every movement I made. It was not normal behaviour; it was actually quite freaky. I could sense how paranoid the staff were. It was a VERY hostile environment!My advise would be to go to Sports Direct across the way, you don't get stalked there, and you can browse comfortably without having someone watch over your every movement.I now understand why the shop was empty when I walked in..

Excellent store was looked after today by Stephen, great guy with a great sense of humour. He is an ambassador for the company and if they have an employee of the month award it should go to him, although all the staff are very friendly. Was given excellent good old fashioned as usual which makes you feel a valued customer, will be visiting again soon. Thanks all at Charlie Browns Walsall and please stay safe.

It you are a local and are after a suit or any other clothing I cannot recommend Stephen upstairs at Charlie Browns Walsall enough.After spending the day visiting mainstream stores in the area I arrived at Charlie Browns Walsall to my delight to see Stephen behind the counter from who I remembered from a couple of years ago who assisted my brother with his suit for his NYE party. Stephen is an absolute asset to the store and you will be hard pushed to find this level of customer service anywhere else in the area. A person with great knowledge and charisma in his field Stephen will find something what you are looking for and match it with your requirements and tastes. Went in to get my partner some casual formal wear, Scott was very helpful and even came with us from the suit department downstairs to get some jeans and a jacket to tie the whole look together, he was never pushy for us to buy anything and was very kind and knowledgeable! Highly recommend, super friendly staff and the manager even chipped in with some advice on the outfit as well :)
