MC Architectural Design

Used MCA to design a structural change. No was very professional and always on hand if we had any questions and queries. We made various changes which Mo was more than happy to apply but also gave us his own input with some ideas we hadn’t thought about which made the whole process smooth.Would recommend MCA if you want a bespoke design from an architectural point of view so you can see your project before you start, especially if you have a large project as it helps to see the final picture but also see different aspects before you go ahead with any works.

I can highly recommend Mo and MC Architectural Design.I had started my project with another architect, and after numerous delays and poor communications, I found myself very nervous about starting the project again. Mo was recommended to me and immediately relieved my fears.Mo was very understanding and took time to explain the process (often twice through my numerous questions). Mo’s quotation was completely transparent, even highlighting other costs that would come from planning and building regulations, something my previous architect hadn’t done!As we moved to planning, Mo really listened to what I wanted to achieve however he also made some alternative suggestions. Mo provided an excellent service from start to finish. From a design perspective, he was extremely flexible to our regular changes & tweaks and offered his recommendations to create a design concept that we wouldn’t have been able to achieve independently.From a process perspective, Mo was really helpful to advise the steps, costs and anticipated timescales and has good relationships to move projects forward at a quick pace. As we have no experience of this process, it was great to have Mo communicating clearly throughout and keeping us up to date on progress.
