Had a lovely afternoon at the Christmas fayre. My little met santa who took the time to make him comfortable. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The food was yummy and service attentive. A great event put on with a lot of effort put in.

Really quick service and very friendly staff. Sat outside on by the sea across the street from Bent Hill which was nice. Also have seating inside but I've not tried it.

My daughter and her friend had a joint 14 birthday party Becky was very helpful from the start ,helped with decorations and any other worries.Bouncers where brilliant at checking all children to make sure they have nothing on them that they shouldn't, list of children that where allowed in was checked upon arrival making it feel safe ! The music was brillant and got everyone up dancing ,my daughter had the best time would definitely use the grand as a venue again .Thank you

Food, cold & hot drinks, and beach side seating during the day. Good priced drinks, various events and great club vibe at night. What's more, staff are amazing, helpful and friendly!If you are in Felixstowe, day or night is worth stopping by!

checked it out for first time on a Saturday night. Probably the most miserable and unwelcoming door staff I've ever encountered. Did not feel welcome and all after entering as felt constantly monitored,totally dead until stupidly late. Not even frisked at door which is bizarre.Bar staff friendly if not looking abit bored upstairs. Floor uneven and a massive step which you can't even see downstairs .I will have to try during the day because the night is a massive pass. I've put the food at a five as we did not eat. Possibly the worst night scene I have been to in this country in the last 25 years I'm afraid to say If there was another,it would most certainly be closed, probably still going from the day events.Hopefully It will improve in the future. I find it interesting how it's only £5 to enter yet there so many staff. It looks like a cash hemorrhage waiting to happen if it is not happening already....
