Stephen at the Nottingham branch was exceptional, his knowledge and expertise was brilliant from start to finish. He knew exactly what we wanted and was so helpful in making sure certain units were positioned to get the most out of our new kitchen. We couldn’t believe it when it was delivered only 2 weeks after ordering. The quality of these kitchens are top class, solid and so easy to build up. We would definitely recommend making an appt with Stephen - out of all the kitchens we looked at and the sales reps we spoke to Jonas & James were by far the best quality and Stephan our sales guy was the best. We are over the moon with our kitchen, thank you.

When we decided we wanted to get a new kitchen we weren't really sure where to start, this is our first house so had never done this before. We went looking around a few places, and we had a consultation at a popular DIY store, and then my sister told me to look at Jonas and James as someone at work had just had a kitchen by them and I am so glad we did. We used the online design tool and then went for a consultation with Stephen at the Lady Bay Store in Nottingham, we had already given him an idea of what we wanted but told him the bits we did and didn't like from the other quote we had got. When we got there Stephen had already mocked up a kitchen for us on the system so we didn't have to wait around whilst he put in measurements and it was better than we could have imagined! We made a few tweaks and then it was good to go. Stephen made it a really exciting and enjoyable experience. He isn't a pushy salesman at all and you can tell he is really passionate about what he does, and wants to make sure it is right for you. Jonas and James Kitchens aren't the cheapest but the quality is amazing, and the service is second to none. Any changes we wanted to make after we placed our order, before it was delivered, we just simply messaged Stephen and he sorted it straight away. My partner is a competent DIY'er and decided to fit the kitchen himself, and it was fairly straightforward to do. If we did have any questions Stephen was very quick to help us out. We did have a issue with a couple of the doors being scratched when they arrived but do not let this put you off as we let Stephen know and straight away he was on it, and new doors arrived the next day. We are extremely pleased with the look and quality of our kitchen and would recommend Jonas and James and especially Stephen to anyone wanting a new kitchen. We will definitely use them again in the future.

He really listened to what I needed in my kitchen and his designs reflected exactly that, maximising space whilst maintaining an elegant design which was in keeping with my home.Stephen’s knowledge of the range, unit sizes and how to achieve certain features was very impressive and made the whole process easy for me. He always came back to me straight away when I had a query and thought creatively about what I wanted.
